These are wild and cultivated mushrooms. The first ones are harvested in forests of the 8º Region of Chile. They are brougt after the first 24 hours of being picked up, sliced and dehydrated for further packing and export. Their strong flavor gives and extra something to any preparation, stew, sauce, soup, etc. It’s a natural product and contains no additives and no trans fat. It’s a very advisable food because it’s healthy and nutritious and it also contains elements to prevent cancer.
Dehydrated mushrooms can be hydrated with water, wine, broth, etc. And after you cook them you can use them to make risottos, sauces, soup, filling for pasta, etc.
