Tilapia with King Oyster Mushroom powder

1 serving

2 spoonfuls of King Oyster mushroom powder. Put in a dish with salt and pepper.
1 Tilapia fillet
2 cups of dry, washed, stemless spinach hojas sin tallo, lavadas y secas.
1/4 brunoised peppers, cubes of 1 mm.
2 baby chives
salt
pepper

 

Put the Tilapia fillet cut in two portions in a dish with the mushroom powder and press until the powders sticks on one side. Cook for 4 minutes, add the green pepper and turn over. Cook for 3 more minutes. Heat another frying pan over high heat and sautee the spinachs with olive oil for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, empty in a bowl and set aside. In the same pan fry the baby chives until they get brown and soft, season with salt and pepper to taste. In a dish place spinach as foundation, the tilapia on top and the rest of the ingredients on top.

You can add more powder to garnish as desired.
