4 sliced tomatoes.
Fresh mozarella cheese mozzarella, sliced
1 handful fresh basil, chopped if they are large.
fresh salt and pepper
1 ½ olive oil spoonful with dehydrated portobello mushroom powder

Mix olive oil with portobello powder in a bowl. Batter the cheese slices with this preparation in the same bowl both sides.
Arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil on the plate alternating.
Sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper over top and drizzle with oil. If you like you can add more oil from the bowl where the cheese slices were battered over the tomatoes. Serve immediately
